Many thanks to all of you invested in my micro project called fonfund! It was hard to believe that only two days after Initial Couch Offering all shares are sold out now. I will now look for a great location to operate our fon.com hotspot. The next thing you will be asked as investors is the question what to do with our earnings. Shall we reinvest or do you want them payed out in CouchChips?

I´m BlueHorseshoe, the founder of fonfund, containance and the co-founder of CouchTycoon at the same time.
The fonfund is my personal micro-project that shall show the opportunities CouchTycoon offers. What fonfund does is to buy one fon.com "la fonera" and one "la fontenna" that will be installed at a place with high wifi traffic potential. So any wifi equipped "alien" (as fon.com calls users who are not in the fon.com community) can be a potential fonfund customer as every alien can buy a ticket for 3 €/$ for use of our hotspot. That´s it. fonfund buys and installs one hotspot and earns (hopefully) revenues through payed use.
What YOU can do is to directly participate in the fonfund business and crabwise participate in the success of fon.com. Buy a fonfund Asset Slip and the total investment amount with me as well as the total earnings of this tiny "venture". With one Asset Slip you can give one vote on what to do with the earnings for example! Shall fonfund re-invest the earnings in more hotspots or do you want the earnings payed out?!..

Based on the assumption that our hotspot location will be as good as we will be able to sell one ticket per day to "aliens", the following calc could be good!

At the fonfund project you will have two major decisions to vote on.

What happens with the quarterly ticket-earnings? payout or re-invest?
What to do after the minimum operating period of one year? raise more money to grow??

To vote on this topics you will be notified through the CouchTycoon system. As investor you will be allowed to give one vote per one Asset Slip you own at time of voting.

The exit scenario at fonfund depends on you as investor. As a minimum we have to operate the infrastructure for one year based on the conditions of fon.com. After this period all shareholders can vote through the CouchTycoon system what to be done with the project. Well if it will run great I think we could buy more and more hotspots to operate. If not, we could decide to try another location to operate this hardware at or what ever.
